DESCRIPTION:Held prior to the 2024 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference\, this one-day course trains attendees to lead from any seat in a dynamic workplace that is adapting to changing times. \nSome workplace challenges are obvious (interruptions\, awkward social interactions) and some are more subtle (passive-aggressive behaviors). Leadership empowers your team to work through these issues. \nLeadership also requires a strong degree of situational awareness of your own thoughts and actions\, and how they affect the behaviors of others. This course will cover the influence behavioral and communication styles have on your team interactions and operational safety. You will learn a variety of methods to motivate and mentor.
